Privacy Policy

Your conversations can contain personal information. This page explains what RightInterview processes, why, and how to contact us about your data.

Information we process

  • Account information: your authentication identifier, email, display name, and profile details you provide.
  • Session content you choose to submit: audio for transcription, transcripts, questions, screenshots, uploaded materials, prompts, and generated responses. Which content is processed depends on the features you use.
  • Service records: session timing, credit consumption and balance, referral attribution and rewards, purchase identifiers, and support correspondence.
  • Technical information used to deliver and protect the service, such as request metadata, device or browser information, errors, and approximate country information for localized checkout.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate your account, deliver AI and transcription features you request, maintain session history, meter credits, fulfill purchases, issue eligible rewards, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Only submit information you are permitted to share; obtain consent where required before capturing other people’s audio or screen content.

Service providers and payments

RightInterview uses Firebase for account authentication and Cloudflare for hosting and application storage. AI and transcription providers process the content needed to fulfill the features you invoke. If you use a human-support feature that shares session content, that content may also be available to the helper participating in your session.

Paddle operates checkout and processes payment and billing information as merchant of record. RightInterview receives purchase and customer identifiers and payment status for fulfillment; our application does not store your full card number or card security code. Paddle’s own privacy notice applies to its processing. Providers may process information outside your country. Contact us for questions about the providers used for your account.

Storage, session history, and retention

Account, session-history, billing, credit-ledger, and referral records are stored as needed to operate the service and address support, security, accounting, or legal obligations. You can remove session history through the available account controls. Billing and security records may need to be retained even after session content is removed. Contact support to request account deletion or information about retention for your records.

Local storage and account updates

We use browser or device storage for sign-in state, interface preferences, session state, and an invitation code you choose to apply. Authenticated realtime connections signal when your account balance changes. Those signals contain no session content; your signed-in app retrieves your own updated account information.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights that apply in your location by emailing support@rightinterview.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can stop optional content processing by not invoking the relevant feature, ending a session, and removing submitted material through the available controls.

Security and privacy concerns

We use access controls and authenticated connections to protect account information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Keep your sign-in details private and contact support promptly if you believe your account or session content has been accessed without permission.
