Permission comes first
Before capturing audio, taking screenshots, transcribing a conversation, or sharing session content with a human helper, obtain all permissions required by law and by the people or organizations involved. Do not record private communications without permission. Screen-share visibility controls do not replace consent or disclosure obligations.
Follow interview and assessment rules
Follow the rules set by interviewers, employers, schools, assessment providers, and meeting organizers. Do not use assistance where independent work is required or AI or outside help is prohibited. Do not impersonate another person, fabricate credentials, misrepresent your qualifications, or use the service to commit fraud.
Protect private information and intellectual property
Only submit content you have the right to use and share. Do not expose confidential interview materials, trade secrets, another person’s private information, or copyrighted work without authorization. Avoid including passwords, payment card details, identity documents, or sensitive personal records in prompts or session uploads.
Keep people safe
Do not use RightInterview to threaten, harass, exploit, or discriminate against people; promote violence or hatred; create or distribute child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate content; or facilitate unlawful activity. You are responsible for reviewing generated responses before using or sharing them.
Respect accounts, credits, and security
Do not access someone else’s account, bypass authentication or credit metering, disrupt the service, distribute malware, scrape private data, or exploit vulnerabilities. Do not create multiple accounts to collect welcome credits, refer yourself, manipulate payment records, or obtain referral rewards through fraudulent purchases. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support.
Reporting and enforcement
Report misuse or a rights concern to support@rightinterview.com, including enough detail for us to investigate without sending unnecessary private information. We may restrict features, remove offending content, or suspend accounts to address violations, subject to applicable law and our Terms of Service.
